How do I get this information to paypal?
I think video platform Vimeo has collapsed. I just disputed a charge they drew from my paypal, a years subscription I did not authorise.
However, when I went to the vimeo facebook page every comment is just "where's my refund? You ripped me off! I've been waiting 2 weeks for a response." etc, literally hundreds of complaints in all the comments. It looks like they have collapsed and are just ripping off hundreds, possibly thousands of people. I just can't find a simple way of sending this information in an email to paypal.
