My didn't receive my order yet

Hello,
So I received a message that the case I had with a seller is closed (I previously opened a case that my order didn't arrive) because they provided with a tracking number for my order. The problem is that I do have the tracking number, but I know no courier name to check with that tracking number to see where my order is! I placed it in December already and I have no package received so far! The merchant doesn't respond and I don't know what to do. What can I do?

I hope you are doing well. I can definitely understand how frustrating it is when you have not received what have you paid for and the case was closed in merchant's favor. You may still open a claim with new evidence .If the seller provided a tracking number, we need to prove that is fake or doesn't even belong to you. Kindly contact the shipping company and request for any documentation with their letter head that the tracking was not associated with your address or the item was not delivered to you at all. Once you have the documentation, please contact Customer Service to file an appeal along with this evidence.

 

Once you have that documentation from the shipping company, You may contact us via chat support for any account specifics. Just login on your PayPal account, go to Message Center. Then choose the option for Chat. Our friendly customer support teammates are willing to assist you.

Thank you for writing back, but your message doesn't help me at all. I cannot open a new clame as I have already two closed cases in the resolution center on this matter. I could only make the second case by phone, an option that I don't have now. Also, as I already mentioned, I don't have a shipping company, courier or however you want to call it. And all my attempts to contact customer service were vain, as messaging the customer service is limited to a certain number of characters. And again, I don't have a shipping company, as the seller doesn't respond to any of my emails anymore, after they said in one message that they were frustrated that of one of my claims.

So now I will write that tweet-alike message on the messaging box and see what happens.
