My account was hacked

My account was hacked on December 4th. It said that I made an transaction to some dude I don’t even know! I immediately remove my card and bank and open an dispute. However, all Paypal can do is ask me if I sent money to that person (of course not! That’s why I open a case?!), add that card/bank, remove that card/bank. Around 5min later, Paypal said that transaction was consistent to my activity and that’s it. The funny thing is, how come it consistent with my activity when all my Paypal account do is receive my salary and transfer it to my bank account? Paypal does not even let me re-open the case. I lost my money for **bleep**ing no reason at all. Is there any other way I can contact to Paypal and work on this?
