My account has been limited and I have provide One of the information they asked to verify my card and lift the limitations why taking much time I need replys please

I am having the same problem. It happens every time I get a direct deposit from my unemployment onto my PayPal account. This time it says my account is limited and I have to confirm one of my cards or provide a statement from one of the cards. Just so happens that it's only giving me the option of cards that I no longer have access to. So I can't confirm them nor do I know where to get a statement for them. Did you ever have any luck with the limitations on your account? Please reply and help me out. please get back with me asap.
