My account is still limited after calling them

Hello,

I called PayPal support and they said they will be able to resolve my limitation on my account in "24-72 hours", however it has been over a week since I have last called them. I plan on calling them tomorrow however what is the issue with my account? What is taking so long to remove the limitation?
