My account is freezed. I need help.

I added my PayPal account on my eBay store. After receiving few payments my account is freezed. My account is opened in  Cyprus. I live in Bangladesh and I am not legally 18 and don't have any passport or anything else to verify what so ever. How will I get my money and get back my account? Please help.

Lost count of how many paypal rules you have broken, sadly your money is lost to you because.

1. You are not allowed a paypal account underage.

2. You are not allowed to use another countries paypal account.

3. Paypal is not supported or allowed in Bangladesh.

What! oh no. I have a big amount of money. Isn't there any other way?
