PayPal have permanently limited my account, without explanation. I have had the account for 20 years.
All I want to do is remove the account as it contains PII data that I don't trust PayPal with.
How can I remove my account permanently?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
