My account hacked and transaction was made

my account is hacked and transaction is made from my account withour my consent and also then i tried to access my account and my account does not exists.?

Can anyone help me in this regards?

I made a new account to message Paypal ...my old account dissapeared like never existed too....i had 3 illegal transactions made ..hope this to be resolved or Paypal is erased from my buying options ....
