My account access is temporarily limited, all the steps completed, but still being asked information

As the enclosed picture shows, all the steps are completed, but I got this email, they still asking me:

"Thank you for responding to our requests to further verify your information. As we cannot lift the receiving limit on your PayPal account until all requirements have been met, we would appreciate your help with completing the steps below, so that we can review your account further.

As a regulated financial institution we're required to collect and verify certain information about you. At the moment you need to verify your identity by providing us with a proof of identity.

What is a valid proof of identity?

We accept a copy of:
- Your ID card
- Your driving licence (the plastic card, not the official letter)
- Your Passport
- Other photo ID that was issued by a government body.

Note: The following information must be visible on the document:
- First and last name
- Date of birth
- Date of issue and expiry
- Document ID Number.

Note: The document needs to be fully visible. Partial documents cannot be accepted as a valid proof of identity.

- Please update full name

- Please update the full residential address

- Please update the nationality of the Director(s)

- Please update the date of birth.

Please upload Proof of Identity for individuals who own or control 25% or more of your business's relevant assets.
If your business does not have Beneficial Owners, please upload Proof of Identity for Senior Management Official, individual who has voting rights or is in position to exercise significant authority over the finances and operations of the business.

Give customer services a call for an update?

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

Thank you @kernowlass I called the customer services and they have sent me the link and I can upload the needed informations and documents.

Got a similar problem. My account is limited now and then I press resolve they drop me straight to summary page... Tried three different browsers and didn't helps...
