My account STILL has a limitation on it?!?!?

I have had a limitation on my account for over a month now and can’t seem to get any answers as to when it will be lifted. I am very frustrated with PayPal because I have over $13,000 in my account and can’t even transfer it to my bank account?? I am about to lose my apartment and my kids because of this issue!! I need that money to survive and feed my kids!! If I would of known PayPal was going to hold my money for this long, I would’ve never used it. Employees keep telling me that it will be resolved in 5 business days and it has been over a month they have been reviewing it. $13,000 is a lot of money that I can’t lose. I will be getting a lawyer involved if I don’t get any answers soon. I really don’t want to but I am about to lose everything because of PayPal. Someone give me some answers please! Thanks, Reghan

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
