My acc prove doesnt work

Hi i have problém when i try prove myself to paypal when i do my birth date its says : please enter valid date . but i do corect but this still do for me and i cant validate my acc .. anyone know whats happend?

Lots getting this problem, all you can do is contact customer services and ask them to enter it manually for you.
