My PayPal is temporarily limited but I got no email and no steps to solve the problem.

Does anybody face this problem ? account limitation with no email received or steps to solve the problem ? 

I have no idea why PayPal Limited my account also I don't know to solve it because there is no steps just this message

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
