Here's my unique situation. For a reason I am unaware of and cannot imagine, my account has been permanently limited. But I have made four sales on eBay that PayPal has received with another two sales still pending (after almost two weeks). PayPal says that they will hold the money for 180 days and then email me instructions about how to access the money paid to me that they have. BUT I will no longer have access to the email PayPal has for my account in about a month. They are holding more than $1000 and I want to be sure I get my money. SO... 1- How can I change/update my email if I cannot gain access to my account because it is permanently limited? 2- How can I find out and question why my account was permanently limited? 3- Is there any way to contact a real live person at PayPal via email or telephone?
