Friend sent me money and paypal puts limitations on my account that will only allow me too add funds. Go figure. I go to report a problem with the transaction and paypal says I need to take it up with the sender since they sent me the money. WTF. The issue is with the company who is not granting me access to my money after the money was sent and verified and shows in my account. Unbelievable
