Information
I was going about my day about to purchase something when it said it was going to add 19.59 to it due a payment failing or something or other. And I don't recall attempting to pay for anything of which costs around the mark of £15-20 therefore I have no idea what to do and or who to ask about this. I want this resolved asap.
