Money from my account refunded to sender without my request

Hello,

money from my paypal account were refunded to the sender stating it was manually requested which is not the case.

I have not cancelled the order it was attached the order was delivered a long time ago.

I am unable to report this issue, however it is causing me loss in my store for Paypal refunding my payment without any request.

Thanks for your post. I'm very sorry to hear a refund was issued on a completed order! From what you've mentioned, it may be possible that the transaction was Disputed. I can understand this would be troubling, so I would recommend learning more about Seller Protection here. I would also recommend getting in touch with our customer support. Support can be reached by selecting Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page, or through Facebook Private Message and Twitter Direct Message.
