Firstly my record of purchases was changed by removing a purchase that was in dispute.
Secondly the resolution centre mad a decision on the dispute saying the item was not returned.
The item was returned and to the address given by the seller and proof was given to paypal the day it was returned along with the post slip for tracking. This address given was not the same as the one on the packet when it was delivered. Paypal were notified of this. I have the tracking information and it says delivery could not be made as zone was incomplete. I googled the address and it was a village high in the mountains of china.
Why is Papal so hard to deal with and contact to get information and to discus issues. I have sent an email to the CEO but these were not delivered so there is no one who can be made accountable or to converse with be it by phone or email other than a robotic chat service which is like talking to a three year old child.
