Miss sold item by supplier

I purchased a suba dry suit via a Uk company via the web via there sales site and paid for carriage all via , Pay Pal , I received a confirmation email from supplier with delivery details and item purchased with reference number , then received a email  from pay pal confirming purchase , then two hours later I receive a email from the supplier advising they are not dispatching my order as they had in correctly advertised the cost on there web site and returning funds back into my pay pal account . I emailed them to honor the purchase and they have refused

Please advise on way forward
