So I brought a 6900xt from eBay and turns out the seller appears did not register after one day of purchase, the item I brought also cannot be found from eBay's buying history. I looked up online and found's out I'm not the only one who is in this situation, the instruction tells me to go resolution center and let PayPal step in to solve this issue. Yet I click it wrong and I end up sending the message to the seller which the one who scam my money. So after that, I choose to close the case cause I don't want to have any conversation with the seller. Right now I cannot report any issue to this case. So what should I do in this situation?
