I have an open case in the Resolution Centre. It says that there is a message from the sellers but I can't find It. I have hit the message from seller bit but it doesn't do anything. Any ideas where I can find this message please?
I am sorry about your issue. You may find the message in your 'Resolution Centre' in the section 'Message from the Seller'. Please, try with your laptop or with the desktop version of your mobile. If you cannot find it, this probably means that there is no message or you can try to send another message to the seller.
