Hi i just turned 18y and i wanted to open paypal account problem started when i tryed to link my credit card i tryed 100 times, i was going to bank to check if my credit card was fine and next day i got message that my account was teporary limited and i was asked to send picture of me and i did and next day i got message i was permenatly limited and now i have message You can't use PayPal anymore. I dont know what rule i broke and what have i done wrong i need help to fix my problem
