Massive Problems with my Business Account

I have had huge problems with my business account since its creation 10 days ago, I cannot use it to even log in here, it fails. But more importantly, I cannot use it to sign up for Zettle which was the whole purpose.

 

I have spoken to more than 30 representatives, I have all their names, and times I called.

 

No one can fix the problem and instead spend hours on hold getting passed around to different departments.

 

I don't know who can actually fix all my problems as it seems like the problem is someone saying I need to upload my documents. However, Its been uploaded and approved. I have spoken to IT support, I have spoken to Business support, NOONE can fix my problems. This flag is on my account which prevents everything from working.

 

Is there ANY fix?
