MY ACCOUNT STILL IN ACCOUNT LIMITED PLEASE HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS MY BIGGEST PROBLEM

Hi there, My account has an issue, it is limited and I could not withdraw my money. I have been sending files and communicating with the Paypal but they don't accept my credentials. I cannot process documents like a passport because we are under quarantine, I hope that my account issue will be resolve because I need money right now. 

 

After I passed some of my Birth Certificate with my ID its useless again back to receive an email like this
