Has anyone purchased a twelve tool toolbox from MUNCH'S STORE and after waiting four weeks carefully following the tracking number advised finally received a tiny padded envelope with a blow up plastic bag inside????!?

what gets me is that I opened a dispute with Paypal. Followed through and they even send me a return address (in Hong Kong). The package was 'attempted' to be deliver and then been bounced back and now it's going between NY and CA back and forth for a while now. All the while Paypal does absolutely nothing at all. At this point the money really isn't the point but Paypal still allowing this company to use Paypal as a form of payment is just disgusting and doing a disservice to their end users.

has anyone had any resolution? or do I have to just eat the $30 I spent as "Lesson Learned"?

Nope. Only get to watch as each day pass, PP push the resolution date further back. It's insanity really. The funniest I think is when the rep tells me that these vendors havent have any claims against them for PP to open a fraud investigation against them.

funny because when I open the case with PP, they are the one that insists that I have to send the item back to the vendor (back on 1st week of July). The most amazing thing then follow, I watch the tracking to arrive at Hong Kong, Hong Kong delivery attempt and then next line would be 'Deliver Abroad' and the item came all the way back to the US but then it went BACK to Hong Kong. PP said because the item has not been delivered yet, they cannot resolve the case. When I brought up that the vendor is a clear fraud because there were so many similar complaints on the forum - they said that they are not on their fraud investigation list yet because there ain't enough ppl who complaint/file case against them.
I think my next step this week is to file on the FBI and FTC and see if that will put any pressure on PP or not.
