Sorry for the confusion. Are you referring to not receiving an item you purchased? If yes, we recommend filing a dispute against the transaction to request a refund.

hi ya I did that but it’s more then one order I ordered skids of stock and bags of different stuff and never got any of them  I tracked my orders the driver stopped in whitby then texted that he can’t find the street other times it was the same place where the driver was each time but can’t tell him where I am located I think the driver is selling my orders I just can’t prove it
