I lost 600+ dollars to a scam because they told me to use F&F. I have screenshots of the conversation and etc. Am I able to get my money back at all? Or can I at least get them banned so it doesn’t happen to anyone else? He said I had to pay negative to refund so I sent it. Then he just took it all.

Unfortunately, as you used the Friends/Family option to send these funds, there is no Buyer Protection applied to the transaction. This option is seen as a "Gift", and should not be used for the purchase of Goods, or Services. As you will be unable to dispute this transaction with PayPal, please contact your bank/card issuer, and they may be able to assist.
