I just lost a dispute case just because a misunderstanding of Paypal system. Seller send me a DOA item, i open dispute, paypal ask me to send the item back to get the full refund,I did it, and then i Claim the return postage from Paypal. By claiming the Return postage ,i have to submit the TRACKING NUMBER of the parcel which i return to the seller. I did and my Request for Return Postage was granted . Then I go for a Christmas holiday, too busy to check email, after coming back from Holiday i found a email saying that i lost the dispute because i did not send the tracking number to Paypal ! Then i realized that the RESOLUTION CENTER and the RETURN POSTAGE REQUEST are totally 2 different things, THEY DO NOT LINK TOGETHER !
By sending the Tracking number to claim the Return Postage, I think i 've also send it to the Resolution center ! So i lost and the bad seller is laughing .
