I bought a Roblox gift card on 12/11/2019. I received the email with a picture of a Roblox card. When I clicked the picture it was a option to buy. I looked through the entire email page but found no PIN number. I called Walmart 12/20/2019 just to have the customer servive agent tell me they will get back to me in 48hours. It is January 9 and I just tried to get a refund. This is not a refundable product is the message I got. I tried disputing this transaction with PayPal. They sent me a message that they took the sellers side on this. In the past PayPal was very good at helping with these issues. It look like to me now they simple go though all there disputes and go for the sellers side. I hope to not use PayPal anymore soon.
