Looks like the submit button is active

Hi guys,

I just reuploaded my identity documents (national ID in particular) but the submit button won't work. It's inactive. Is there anything I am missing or doing wrong? I appreciate your help.

Hi @ilovemilk,

I'm sorry to hear that you can't submit the documents that you're uploading. Are the files under the size limit? If not, please try reducing the file size and reupload. Are they of the listed file types that are supported? If not, please try converting the documents as needed. Do any of the file names have a string of numbers in them? If so, please try changing the file name and try uploading the document again.
