Locked account

Paypal locked our account on the 15th as they wanted info which was provided on the 16th. Paypal have confirmed info provided is satisfactory. We need the account to be unlocked so we can continue to trade. When I call I keep getting told 1 to 5 business days for our matter to be reviewed. Anyone know how I escalate this? Phone operators won't let me talk to anyone else.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
