Limitition due to proof of adress

Hi guys. my account has limitation due to a proof of address. I uploaded my drivers license. philhealth ID and brgy certificate no one of those document accepted i dont know why. They keep on rejecting it. any idea please.

Proof of address
These documents must be dated within the last 3 months to be considered acceptable:

• Current utility bill dated within the last 3 months
• Bank, credit card, or financial statement
• Cell phone bill
