PayPal have limited my account over 2 months ago. They have asked for a proof of address which I have provided. It’s been in the review stages since then. I have funds in my account which I can’t access. Every time I contact PayPal i get told it will take another 30 days for the review to complete. I’m losing patience. I have been a customer of PayPal for over 10 years. Has anyone had a similar issue to mine? Thank you 🙂
