Hey everyone. The other day I received a text from paypal saying that my account has been limited. I didn’t think much of it as I thought it was a fake text. Fast forward a day later and I log into my paypal account and the message is there stating that my account is limited, so I go through with it and provide all the information needed such as bank statements and proof of ID. While I did that I decided to call up customer support, managed to get through and was told that they will lift the ban and that it should take 24 hours to do, I get an email a few hours later stating that my account has been permanently limited and that I could no longer use it to receive any kind of payment or to make any payments. I have pending orders in my paypal account that needs to be payed to the merchant in the next month (preorder). I tried to call again but was put on hold for 2 hours and could not get through. So here we are now, I have had this account since 2011. What do I do? Please help!
