I created a new paypal account to buy from ebay because ebay did not accept my debit and virtual cards. When I wanted to pay with paylay on ebay it limited my account and ask me for the informations about card and stuff. I submitted the things. Do you know how much will it take to restore my account?
Depends how busy they are, when its your turn in the queue and if they are happy with the information you submitted, you could hear back in days or weeks.
