Hey! I just made a paypal account several weeks ago, and It is limited and is asking for documents I do not have. I registered the account with fake details because I was going to buy some stuff from a shady website and I did not want them to know my information. My account got locked with some of my money in it and I want to get it out. Am I able to send it to my parents paypal? Thanks.
NOTE: It is not this account, I am not able to log into the other account.
