My paypal account just got limited today, and is requiring me to send the following information: Photo ID, Business Information, Info on a specific Transaction Activity and Submit a bank statement.
I was able to provide my Business Information, as well as an info on any transaction activity.
But on the bank statement I'm kinda lost, since I only have a mastercard linked to my paypal account which is a physical card given to me by GCASH(mobile wallet that is used on my country) so what I sent them is a history of my transaction using the GCASH APP, so I wanna ask if that is valid or not? If its not valid, then what bank statement should I send? Since thats mainly the credit/debit card I linked to my paypal.
P.S. I used my paypal account as "Business" which is selling virtual goods/items.
