I’m having issues with limitations on my account. I read through everything on the website and found out the only limitations are $5,000. My limitations were $750. After being informed about my limits I was told to contact my buyer (I sold a laptop for $750) and have him pay an extra $450. In order to refund my buyer I need to go buy a $450 (out of pocket) eBay gift card and email PayPal the receipt. Has anyone else experienced this? Please let me know. I have reported the emails asking for the eBay gift card to PayPal spoofs as well as let my buyer know all the chaos that is going on.
