If I send a substantial sum (thousands) to someone for a purchase and IF it doesn't arrive or IF it arrives damaged, what recourse do I have? Does PayPal have a monetary limitation on a dispute? What is a reasonable turn around time for PayPal to refund (if warranted)? I may want to give someone my cc number or is that being paranoid?
