I luckily removed my card to my new PayPal account while being suspended as I don't know why limitation applied on a Wednesday, DID NOT sent $80 worth of transactions to my 2 US friends on orders that SHOULD'VE BEEN PAID FOR YESTERDAY... Anyway to help solve this poorly service by PayPal?
