I ordered a product from PayPal but package wasn’t delivered or either fraudulently taken after delivered by whosever? I’m not responsible for anything that I never received! PayPal had been advised that this account had been hacked prior to this incident report it the credit bureau closed the account and opened up the account account again to make me pay for something that I never received? This company is a JOKE!
