Again PayPal won't follow through. I sent a report against KHG technology and they started a case but dropped it without any further notification to me. Now I am trying to return a mirror that was not what I ordered. Again Paypal won't let me go any further than making a report. the screen just has a revolving dot can't go any further. I believe this is a recurring problem with the companies and PayPal I noticed this one when brought up listed more than a dozen companies as part of them. I have done every thing paypal listed but to no good.

I was also victim of this seller. And PayPal didn't help it all, moreover, it looks like they are cooperate with this seller.
I was ordered car rearview mirror with GPS, rear cam and other features for $59, but received cheap crap without rear camera, GPS and all advertised features.
First, I contacted seller with mail address on website, but there were no response. Than, I contacted seller by e-mail in PayPal...mailbox full.
Than I opened case in resolution center against this seller, and he write back to me that I should return item back to some chinese address (package was sent from Netherland, not China) and via DHL or UPS. This was unacceptable because return postage is more than item itself, I responded to him but he didn't respond back.
So I escalate this case to PayPal and now the story begins...
PayPal replyed that I should send back item with tracking number, and that I should send them proof of sending back item. They provided different address that seller sent to me (and it is also different than I see in this thread, so it looks like PayPal does not know real address of this seller). I replyed them that sending item back costs as item itself, and after that they something do to my account as I was unable to see any messages in this CaseID; when I clicked to CaseID...it opens blank. Tried other browsers, PCs...nothing helped, and I have reported that to PayPal supportbut they never solved that.
They replyed that I should send them proof of sending item back, but I was unable to do that because I didn't have possibility to access CaseId in resolution center.
After fey days, they have close case in seller favour as I never sent them a proof of sending item back.
I have contact them several times and asked them to send me a full transcript of messages in that CaseID (to see my communications with seller and paypal) but they are only repeating (like parrot) that I didn't respond in time that they requested and because that they closed a case. I only ask for message transript, and they don't want to send me that.
It yould be very helpfull if someone have some direct mail address of some person in PayPal high enough to report all this, also put this in media because PayPal did not do anything to prevent this seller to scam other users. My case was more than month ago and it looks like this seller is still active...

Another episode in history. This morning the courier called me to ask what to do with the package, because the recipient refused the delivery. I said to abandon it.

I bought the same Mirror Camera. Situation was all the same - scam. Cheapiest camera, no advertised features. Situation was all the same. Except - I was lucky one and I was compensated by PayPal without sending the item back.
I've raised a caise via PayPal, and I was adviced to send tracking number. As I was traveling and I was unable to send this item in given period of time, I've contacted PayPal. Received automated answer without any useful content regarding my case. Wrote them again and I was asked to write an email to polish PayPal support team. After few days, when I have finally arived home and as there was still no answer, I've contacted PayPal via phone. They asked me to wait for the answer by mail. First answer was negative. It seems that they did not even read my messages through. Case was still closed in favor of seller, but I've contacted them again and wrote in CAPITAL LETTERS most important part of my all messages. First, that I've needed 2 more days to send the item back, that I've contacted them before dedline, but there was delay in propper recogniton of the case by PayPal and I've asked them how sould I send the item back, as I was away. I've also pointed out, that there was no response from seller, that he has send me wrong item and that I think, that it was made intentionally. I've also informed them about real shipping back cost which would take from 15 to 60 $, and in this case, seller should cover also those costs.
Today - supprise - money was send back to me. I've checked messages, and there was info form Polish PayPal Support team, that they decided to compensate without sending the item back. I've wrote them without much hope, but it helped.

I purchased his and hers kors v3 smart watch from his guy and he sent me cheap finish plastic watch I found on wish for £6 and paypal are refusing to refund unless I return the package that would cost me half of what I paid for them and then they said they need confirmation from seller he received the item before offering a refund but they haven't seemed to contact him so how would that work. they told me to contact to my bank instead

Long story short:
- I buy the watch
- Next day I realize it's a scam
- Open a case against seller and then reported to Paypal for "item different to show in the ads"
- Paypal asks me to return the watch
- I send a email claiming that I got no watch and im not even sure it will be send as it is a scam
- Paypal changes case to "not received item"
- Seller provide shipping information to Paypal
- Paypal close the case, as according to them there is no trouble then.
Really, I can't believe this is happening from a company like this. They not only allow this scum to scam people but they seems like to be uncapable to help to those who has been scam and try to do something about it

Do anyone have an email address or a Chinese phone number ? Do anyone have problem with DHL shipping problems, as no delivery because of the missing phone nr or email ?

Clearly this company is a fake, Pay Pal should take actions against this kind of people or companies, seen there is so many people complaining, you should block this person or company and not put Pay Pal prestige on risk, that can lead you to loose credibility.

What do you mean? File a complaint? If file a complaint, you really have to wait until you receive the merchandise (or until enough time has passed and you haven't received the merchandise).
