Again PayPal won't follow through. I sent a report against KHG technology and they started a case but dropped it without any further notification to me. Now I am trying to return a mirror that was not what I ordered. Again Paypal won't let me go any further than making a report. the screen just has a revolving dot can't go any further. I believe this is a recurring problem with the companies and PayPal I noticed this one when brought up listed more than a dozen companies as part of them. I have done every thing paypal listed but to no good.

After about one full month of waiting and no responses from my emails as to why it was taking so long, I received my order for the Radiance A3 Smartwatch, but that is not what was in the box. I received a cheap version of a smartwatch that isn't even listed on your site. There isn't even a model# or name of this thing on the box or literature. I did not order this and would like my money back. Please respond back to this email with a shipping label so I can send this cheap version back to you. I did not order this and do not want it. Paypal does not even recognize this transaction but facilitated the money transfer to this company. Paypal needs to stop facilitating crimes as they are aiding and abetting.

Another victim of this scammer. I'm a fairly savvy shopper, and I was taken by this horrible human. Ordered a smart watch... paid for express shipping. Became suspicious when tracking showed that the watch had not moved for more than a week.. contacted seller, received same tracking info. Then googled meet.us and Lin <removed> and here we are. Lodged the dispute with PayPal and now having to wait for Seller response. I just want my money back to go towards a REAL smart watch.

I placed an order on 8/2/2018 for the upgraded 4 K THE REVOLUTIONARY 4G 7" Dash Cam Car Camera DVR GPS Bluetooth Dual Lens Rearview Mirror Video Recorder. I expected all the bells and whistles listed as I was especially drawn in by the android system. What I received was only a front facing dash cam mirror with no Android OS or any bells and whistles. This was for my wife's birthday this month which the gift turned out to be a total let down as I was talking it up as she was opening it. I have submitted to PayPal for a return on this product or exchange it for the one advertised.
Here is the BS add they used on FB. If PayPal does not support the buyers then why use them? They burned me once already when I overlooked a bill with the credit line I had started with them and a $40 bill turned into a $250 bill, which I paid but never used their credit line again!

Ok guys... refund 70€ for the transaction, and only 30€ for the shipping cost. I've spent 45€ for a tracking shipment, so at the end, I've lost 15€ not much but it bothers me!!! 😕

You apparently didn't read any of the posts. If you would have escalated to a supervisor you could have received a full refund and been able to avoid shipping anything back.

Sorry, but here in Italy customer support tell me that wasn't possible. I invited them to read this community, but they told me that here we can write what we want and we do not necessarily tell the truth.

I got escalated to the 'Claims Team' who pretty much accepted that this individual / company was perpetrating fraud against multiple PP users but I have still had to post back the counterfeit goods to China to secure any chance of a refund.
I have seen many similar posts about instant refunds but this was not my experience in dealing with this issue.

You need to ask for someone else. I was also told I needed to send it back and I told them it wasnt gonna happen because the shipping was more than the item.
