Again PayPal won't follow through.  I sent a report against KHG technology and they started a case but dropped it without any further notification to me.  Now I am trying to return a mirror that was not what I ordered.  Again Paypal won't let me go any further than making a report.  the screen just has a revolving dot can't go any further.  I believe this is a recurring problem with the companies and PayPal  I noticed this one when brought up listed more than a dozen companies as part of them.  I have done every thing paypal listed but to no good.

I had exactly the same problem. No support from PayPal. A rude handler named Carl totally support the scam Lin <removed> continue to do! Why PayPal, why....?

I have written to PayPal and demands that they immediately stop doing business with Lin Jinrong. I urge everyone that have been scammed by Lin <removed> to do the same! You will get an automated reply, reply to this and demand that your report of this scammer is taken seriously! The last option is to stop using PayPal, I would hate to go that far, Thera are many dealers that are very good!

The same thing happened to me, paypal completely ignored me so in conclusion I consider paypal part of this scam scheme. Please notify as many people as possible that should not make any transactions through paypal anymore. Paypal lied when stated that our transactions are protected. Paypal demonstrated this to me since my first paypal transaction. PAYPAL = SCAM !

I had the exact same experience. I was told the tent had to be returned with package tracking. But even the cheapest option from Canada to China was more than the tent cost. This sellers account should be frozen

Ihad the same issue, bought a automatic hydraulic tent from Polaristore and Moluesstore and on both cases it was sent from LIN <removed> - now Iäm returning these according to PayPals intructions and the returning itself costs about the value of the fauny tent

I'm so mad and if I won't be refunded the whole 100$ I paid for those two tents I won't be using PayPal again.

I rang PayPal yesterday they escalated my claim. I got the usual send the tent back email. I rang again the morning and not got through to a guy. I explained that it is not worth sending back and it's expensive etc. He immediately refunded me. Hopefully this scanner will get shut down soon.

Hello, I too got the same crappy tent instead of the hydrualic tent as advertised. I tried sending the Dispute through PayPal's site but looks like the seller doesn't "exist" on PayPal anymore so it goes nowhere. Would you mind sharing the PayPal phone number so I can contact them. Their Help website is of no help either. I appreciate your response.
