I wish I had investigated the reviews further. It appears that Kenzzi deletes all negative reviews. They have not only the reputation of a poor product that often breaks or arrives not working, but have a very hidden shipping policy. They say free shipping but it arrives with huge COD charges and a policy of the customer paying both shipping the and return if you chose to return it. Capping it off is the exhorbitant $75 US restocking fee and the total refund would be less than 25% of what was paid. It took well over a month to even be shipped and the tracking info was inaccurate. I do not see a billing dispute resolution for this within paypal(the option is blocked) so I will be disputing it through the credit card company instead. This is a moneymaking scam for Kenzzi and they are blocking all negative reviews
