I've recently made a purchase from a company which advertises products but sends out a 99p t shirt (stating its an error when contacted) I have raised a PayPal dispute and seller has agreed to refund but I must send item back. This is going to cost about a third of price for original item (which they knew they didn't have and had no intention of sending) how can papal allow these companies to scam people out of their money. After some research I have found over 85 people that these same companies have Scammed. I am so annoyed, hate dishonest people
