This company is a joke. They sent me an item that cost $30.95. It is broken. They offered me $3 for my inconvenience. I told them that I'd accept a replacement or a full refund. Now they have offered me a full refund if I ship it back to China at my expense by DHL or UPS only. The cost to ship it back if they would have provided all the information to do so would exceed the cost of the item. Before my complaint, there were 291 others. Why PayPal is dealing with them is beyond reason.
