I opened a case with PayPal regarding Ivory Tower Tech Co.,LTD. The issue has been pending for in the dispute for days now. After reading some of your comments, if there is no resolution I am NOT going to use pay pal any longer. The reason I signed up is that they would help protect my purchases. If this is not the case why would I continue to use their service. DON"T BUY FROM Ivory Tower Tech Co.,LTD! Also, if Pay Pal does not resolve the issue for me! I will come back and update!
