Items not recieved

Hi guys, I payed for game items and there was a promotion that u get with them when u buy em, but i didnt recieved the promotion only the main items and i tryed to get my money back but then he even took my account in the game and ban it and now i dont even have account and my money back, can u help me ty . And PayPal denied my claim in favor in his

You can call customer service to have them review the case, explaining what happened. If PayPal denied your claim, you may have file a case under the wrong reason.

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Your other path of recourse is if you paid with credit card, contact card issuer to file a dispute.

I already send them another email with the info i gave it to u, and they decline it again , so i will try ur 2nd sugestion
