Hello, i ordered a tablet and phone from gearbest, it had to pass to Germany so i can receive it in Cyprus. Due to the content of batteries the items were send back. I opened a case in PayPal and gearbest told me they can only give me half of my money back because I didn't buy shipping insurance. Should i wait to escalate to PayPal? Will PayPal help me to get a full refund?
