Item not received but no help from Paypal to resolve issues

Hi,

On 23rd September I paid for a service to aid me in some research. The research was $35, this first transaction failed and I was asked to resend $35 again and the other $35 would be refunded. This too failed and they have asked me to resend this amount over and over in order to get my refund which increased with each transaction. The amount is now over $600, I tried to raise a dispute with the transactions, one was successful but with the others the only option that I was given was "unauthorised transaction". I have asked Paypal for help with this and not to be rude but they have been incredibly unhelpful towards my situation and don't care that the service still have such a large amount of MY money. I have spoken to my bank and they said that Paypal are the ones to help. Which they haven't. I'm desperate to get my money back and I am so so upset over this as it's affecting my life negatively but Paypal haven't helped at all, all I need is someone to lift the hold on these transactions (it comes up with an error message whenever I try and dispute them due to having to report them as unauthorised - NO other option was given). I still have contact with the service but they are reluctant to try alternative methods of getting my money to me, I feel alone and abandoned I genuinely don't know what I'm going to do. No-one is willing to help me.

If anyone knows any way to help my situation it would be much appreciated, I also am considering making a complaint to PayPal. This is genuinely ruining my life due to is being such a large sum of money I am unable to get back.

Why on earth would you keep paying if the first didn't go through?

Which option did you select to pay ie goods/services OR friends/family?

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
